November 16th Workshop Registration

Thank you for your interest in the November 16th Workshop, Maximizing School Leader Involvement in School Mental Health & Moving Toward Enhanced Implementation Practice (sponsored by Intercamhs).

Registering to attend this pre-event is a three step process:

1. Create a user account
2. Add information for the attendee(s) you are registering for the workshop
3. Provide billing information and check out

You can register more than one workshop attendee at a time. After completing the registration process you can see your order history and review invoices by returning to “My Account” once logged in.

Please note that this event will not be held at the Omni Shoreham Hotel (the site of The Sixth World Conference). We are in the process, currently, of negotiating a contract with another hotel nearby. Details will be announced shortly on the conference website and by email to those who have registered. In addition, we will not be able to issue refunds for this event, unless attendees cannot secure a visa for entrance into the United States.

The deadline for registration is September 30, 2010.
